Tips Cope With Menstrual Pain

On this occasion, Blog TipsKesehatan Women will discuss about how to cope withmenstrual pain, ranging from the causes of menstrual pain, menstrual pain symptomsand treatment of menstrual pain.

Menstrual pain (dismenorrhea) is pain / illness that would arise during menstruation or during menstruation (periods), with symptoms such as heartburn in the lower abdomen to the waist and thighs.

Causes include menstrual pain, because some diseases (such as pelvic inflammatory), stress, endometriosis, uterine location of the tumor or abnormality. Butthe causes of menstrual pain most frequently, presumably because of hormonalimbalance and no association with reproductive organs.

As mentioned above, symptoms of menstrual pain, characterized by pain in lower abdomen, which can spread to the lower back and legs. Pain is felt as a cramping ofrelapsing-remitting.

Usually the pain starts shortly before or during menstruation, reaching a peak within 24 hours and after 2 days will disappear. Menstrual pain is also often accompaniedby headache, constipation, nausea, or diarrhea and frequent urination. Sometimesuntil there is vomiting.

To treat menstrual pain, here I present the traditional medicine for menstrual pain:
material:
- Powders Cinnamon Skin (0.5 - 2.5 grams)
- Hot Water (half cup)

usage:
Brewed with cinnamon powder using hot water. Drink this mixture two times a day with the same dose.

Hopefully the above menstrual pain drugs useful for women who mengalai pain duringmenstruation.
